Zonal block from weld zones builds a block for the current weld: one side-drilled hole at the centre depth of each weld zone (zones that share a depth share a hole), spaced along the block, which you can then export as a .btcb file. Hole diameter is set beside the button.
In the Part dialog the Calibration block view replaces the part with a block chosen from the library. Beams then reflect off the block faces and holes so reference reflector positions can be checked. Blocks can be saved to and opened from .btcb files.
