Single-element (UT) probe files

Save and open traditional single-element wedge and transducer files (subscribers). A phased-array file is refused here, and a UT file is refused by the phased-array buttons.

Draw your own part profile (lines, arcs, polylines, polygons, rectangles, circles) in millimetres. The closed outline becomes the part material; every drawn edge reflects the beams. Drawing is free for everyone; saving parts to your account needs an active subscription.

Plate thickness (mm)

Drawing a custom part

Pick a tool on the left (or a quick-start template on the right), click on the canvas or type coordinates in the Enter bar.
Close the outline: the end of the last edge must meet the start of the first. The check on the right turns green.
Select an edge and set it as front or back wall, or press Auto-detect walls.
Press Use in workspace.
